OK, it goes like this

Telemarketing asshole : Can I speak to who deals with your advertising and marketing?

Me : We’re not taking out any advertising

Telemarketing asshole : I’m looking at your advert now

Me : We’re not taking out ANY MORE advertising

Telemarketing asshole : Please can you put me through to who deals with your marketing

Me : We’re not interested.  We’d appreciate it if you would not phone again.

Telemarketing asshole : You don’t know who I am.

Me : Please don’t phone here again.

Dial tone.

And what’s worse I had to deal with the same asshole YESTERDAY.  Please give up you dipshit.
